BRIDGE FARM by Gentester

Location - Near Dragonbridge on the Morthal Road

Fast Travel: Yes, just outside the gate.

Rooms - Upper room has kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Downstairs has a storage area and two bedrooms. There are also two outdoor rooms.

Storage - Nine chests downstairs, two upstairs and five weapon racks. Themed storage for food and drink items. Player operated bookcases that store 126 books indoors and 15 in the Greenhouse.

Special Features - Milkable cows supply milk and cream. Honey can be collected from beehives daily. (Scripts are on-load scripts so waiting 24 hours in the house won't get you another days supply, carrying on the daily business of being a dragonborn and moving into other cells will). Harvestable tomato plants, apple trees and other harvestables.
Greenhouse with alchemy and enchanting work areas. Outside washroom with sink, shower and toilet. Dairy with chilled storage for milk and cream and storage for flowers and fruits and vegetables. Shrines are strategically placed throughout.

Notes/Requirements - No mannequins. Requires only the basic game with latest patch

UNDERGROUND HOMES CHALLENGE

CEREBRAL DEN by Cerebral Dreams

Location - Behind Whiterun Stables.

Fast Travel - No, travel to Whiterun stables.

Rooms - Large room with kitchen/dining/library areas. Three bedrooms, large storage room, two small storage rooms, alchemy/enchanting room, smithing room.

Storage - Storage room has three barrels, scroll chest, alchemy chest, display case, two potion chests, a book case and a wardrobe. Each small storage room has six chests and two wardrobes. Twelve bookcases and misc storage throughout the rest of the house.

Special Features - Garden, training areas. Cooking station, smithing station, alchemy and enchanting stations, tanning rack, workbench, forge, smelter. Shrines to all the gods.
